Our Purpose-Built Training Academy

Unlike many agencies that outsource training, we carry it out in-house at our purpose-built Academy. We also operate local training centres in Indonesia and Myanmar, ensuring every candidate is prepared long before they arrive.

Practical Skills

Fluent conversational English, childcare, cooking, elder-care, and household management.

Realistic Cultural Briefing

What to expect in a Singaporean household, daily routines, food preferences, religious and privacy norms.

Calm, Direct Communication

We coach helpers to voice their needs and opinions respectfully, avoiding third-party misunderstandings.

We currently provide Indonesian and Myanmar helpers only, allowing us to tailor training to their cultural background and language needs.
